Coat check service will be available near the show floor entrance. Cost is $5 and covers the cost of storing one coat and one umbrella. Coat check can be purchased online with an event ticket. Unfortunately, no, there is no childcare anticipated to be available on site for 2025. Should this change, we’ll update this FAQ accordingly.

The Vancouver Convention Centre has a limited amount of wheelchairs. Sign-out is on first-come first-serve basis. There is a fee of $10.00 with picture ID as a deposit. Wheelchairs are available at the West Information Desk (1055 Canada Place). Please make your inquiry with the ambassador on location upon your arrival.

Yes, same day re-entry is permitted. Ensure you receive a hand stamp before exiting. Entry is through the Thurlow Street entrance, off the Jack Poole Plaza. The exit is through the Burrard Street entrance.

Yes, photos and videos are permitted for personal use.

While bags and backpacks are permitted, they may be searched by security at the entrance.

Facility rules prohibit pets from entering the building, unless they are service animals.

The Convention Centre has food and beverage service onsite in the exhibit pre-function space. There are also several restaurants, fast food outlets and pubs that surround the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Ticketing & Payment

Absolutely! If you purchased a weekday ticket and want to attend on Saturday or Sunday, we will simply charge you the ticket difference at the door. However, if you purchased a ticket for Saturday or Sunday and want to come on a weekday, the ticket is still valid, but we cannot refund the difference. We look forward to welcoming you to the Vancouver Auto Show!

Ticket prices for each day are located on the Buy Tickets page. We encourage online purchase to avoid any onsite lines. Tickets may be purchased onsite, during Show hours.

Yes, for children aged 6 and under when accompanied by a paying adult.

Cash, credit, and debit are accepted onsite. Visa and MasterCard are accepted online.

A barcode will be generated and can be scanned from your phone when you purchase online. You are not required to print the ticket.

Refunds will not be issued.

Please note that there are no ATMs at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The closest ATM is located inside the Waterfront Centre food court beside Tim Hortons or near the Fairmont Hotel.

Yes, there’s a Student Discount ticket with VALID Student ID. There’s no age limit. Weekday Admission (Wednesday–Thursday) is $17.50 and Weekend Admission (Friday–Sunday) is $18.50. Purchase tickets here

Test drives are available to Auto Show attendees. Please visit the Test Drive page for more info. *Drivers must all have Class 5 licenses (with no restrictions) and must be age 21+.

You are not able to physically purchase a vehicle at the Show. However, you may connect with a salesperson and complete the sale at a dealership. Vehicle accessories and services are available for purchase in the Commercial Marketplace and at various exhibitor booths throughout the Show.

Copies of the Official Show Guide will be available at the Ticketing Centre with floor plans and manufacturer (OEM) listings. A digital version of the floor plan will be available in early March.
