The Auto Show is located at 1055 Canada Place. Parking is available in and near the Vancouver Convention Centre. While parking in Vancouver can be challenging, there’s ample options and for full information on parking options, please visit www.vancouverconventioncentre.com/visiting/parking.
The Convention Centre has a limited amount of wheel chairs. Sign-out is on first come first serve basis. There is a fee of $10.00 with picture ID as a deposit. Chairs are available at the West Information Desk (1055 Canada Place). Please make your inquiry with the ambassador on location.

Yes, there’s a Student Discount ticket with VALID Student ID. There’s no age limit. Weekday Admission (Wed. March 28 – Thurs. March 29) is $13 and Weekend Admission (Fri. March 30 – Sun. April 1) is $14.

Test drives are available to Auto Show attendees. Both the Electric Vehicle Experience Test Drive, presented by CEVforBC®, (Lower Floor, Manufacturer Exhibit Level) and the Toyota Lexus Hybrid Ride and Drive (Main Floor, Ballroom Level) offer a variety of vehicles to experience and test drive.

The eligible age is 65 years and older. Tickets are $13 weekdays (Wed. March 28 -Thurs. March 29) and $14 weekend (Fri. March 30 – Sun. April 1). Purchase tickets here.
The Auto Show entrance is off Thurlow Street and through the main doors on the Jack Poole Plaza. The 2018 Auto Show is located at Vancouver Convention Centre – West (1055 Canada Place).
Ticket prices for each day are located in the Hours and Admission section. General Admission for week days (Wednesday, March 28 – Thursday, March 29) start at $17 and weekend days (Friday, March 30 – Sunday, April 1) start at $20. We encourage online purchase to avoid any onsite lines. Tickets may be purchased on-site, during Show hours. Tickets are available for sale online NOW!.
Cash, credit and debit are accepted on-site.
Refunds will not be issued.
It’s best to attend Week Days (Wednesday, March 28 – Thursday, March 29th) to avoid crowds, with the Easter Holiday Weekend starting Fri. March 30 – Sunday, April 1).
Yes, on-line tickets may be purchased with a smart phone. A barcode will be generated and scanned from your phone (you are not required to print the ticket).
Yes, same day re-entry is permitted. Ensure you receive a hand stamp before exiting. Exit and entry is through the Thurlow Street entrance, off the Jack Poole Plaza.
Yes, photos and videos are permitted for personal use.
Yes, bags and backpacks are permitted, however, may be searched by security at the entrance.
Facility rules prohibit pets from entering the building, unless they are service animals.
You are not able to purchase a vehicle at the Show, however, you may connect with a salesperson and complete the sale at a dealership. Vehicle accessories and services are available for sale in the Commercial Marketplace on the Entrance Level floor in the Ballrooms.
The Convention Centre has food and beverage service onsite in the Exhibit pre-function Space. There are also several restaurants, fast food outlets and pubs that surround the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Facility rules prohibit outside food and beverages.
